ITP Blood Disorder Causes and Treatments

There are natural remedies, herbs and dietary recommendations that a person with ITP can follow to improve greatly and boost platelets to normal levels.  Make sure to try everything before giving up .

Thrombocytopenia, also known as ITP, is when there is a deficiency of platelets in the blood. There are several itp blood disorder causes, so it’s good to have an understanding of them. One of the main ways that it can occur include the bone marrow not producing enough platelets, such as in Leukemia. Another cause is infection with HIV. Of course, if the platelets become trapped in the spleen, as they would in Gaucher’s disease, then this prevents them from making it into the blood. If the body is using or getting rid of too many platelets, which is common in certain disorders, then the result will be ITP. In some cases, although they are very rare, the MMR triple vaccine can actually be on the list of itp blood disorder causes. This is due to the fact that there is some association between ITP and MMR.  As for those that are currently experiencing the disease or want to prevent it from occurring altogether, there are certain things that can be done that are useful to be knowledgeable about. When the itp blood disorder causes are related to the usage of a certain drug, it can usually be stopped by no longer using the drug, which is the simplest solution. Of course, there are drugs that are designed to allow for the platelets to increase in numbers as well that should be considered. one thing to consider though, is that in some cases with adults the spleen must be removed to get rid of ITP, which will increase the number of platelets. When you understand these things, you will realize why it can be difficult to prevent due to the fact that it is often a result of some other necessity. So while ITP can be very serious, there are effective treatments available to help. By understanding itp blood disorder causes and all the aspects involved in the treatment of it, you can successfully avoid it or be ready to deal with it if it ever does occur.

Editors notes: The great incidence of ITP in children should be something that should make us think. Especially the possible connection with certain vaccines.

I have a young mother who has a child diagnosed with ITP. She wa told it can be caused by a virus, I believe. I am interested in its relationship to the MMR, but am also curious to know if anyone has looked at its relationship to genetically modified food which our children are consuming constantly from childbirth. The research shows that genetic modification, which involves the introduction of a virus or bacteria, causes unexpected results in the DNA and proteins in the body. Do you have any knowledge of research about this? Would I recieve an answer by email?

I was diagnosed with ITP in 2009 after having a platelet count of 2. I was admitted and was sedated after start bleeding (brain + lungs). After the sedation (2 weeks) and treatment with steroids ect I finally had a splenectomy . My platlet count is 243 now. I no that my Savior healed me !!!! But , what caused this condition. I was 46 years healthy woman when it happened although always tired. I do smoke but don’t use alcohol. What caused this condition ! I have my own business and this is can be stressful .Could I have done anything to prevent ITP. Should I still change my diet. Can this happen again. All I know is that I don’t have a great immune system and should never get malaria. This was a very traumatic time in my life and I am still battling with emotions.
